It's not just A Global Problem,
It's NOW a Local problem!

Agenda 21 has never been debated or adopted by the Congress of the United States. Nevertheless, it is being vigorously implemented by the administrative agencies of the federal government, and by other nations around the world. More than 150 nations, including the United States of America, are participants in the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD). America's participation is not the result of an international treaty, ratified by Congress. America's participation is the result of George Bush signing Agenda 21 at the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in Rio, and the current administration's desire to implement its objectives. It does not matter if you are a Republican, Democrat, Independent or someone that has decided to just unplug. We Surround Them groups, also know as 9-12ers are a group of people that believe this country is Great but going down the wrong path. We just want to be heard and help get us back to the place we were on 9-12-2001. The day after "9-11", we Americans united as a country, standing together to protect the greatest nation ever created with pride and determination.

Read the 9 Principles and 12 Values and see if you agree with them. If you do agree with most of them and try to apply them in your everyday life then come and join us in Chester, Virginia. If you are not near us then find another group near you or start one yourself to help get our country back on the right path.

We The People need to be informed and firm in our principles and values because a time may come to stand up, and then there will be no question as what you should do. If you have to figure out what you believe in or have wrong information when times get worse, then bad decisions could be made.
